Our company has exposure in modification and capacity enhancement of existing terminals. Since, heavy cost is involved in developing new terminal with higher capacity, we advise our customers  in modification of existing terminal by suggesting new modified layout, latest equipment with higher capacities & dredging of  the existing channel  to accommodate ships having higher capacities.

We also undertake initial feasibility study, detailed project reports and site selection for various import and export terminals near dock. We have  exposure for conveying, storing, extraction, bagging and dispatch terminals for various bulk like Cement, Fly ash, Fertilizer, Gypsum powder and grain. Recently we have bagged order from cement Ambuja-Farakka plant for development of wagon loading system for cement bags.

Detailed Project Report - We prepare DPR for various projects in Ports, Container freight stations and other areas. Detailed Project reports, help the clients for fund syndication and statutory clearences. The report presents a clear vision for Implementation and for preparing tender documents. Recently, we have done DPR for 10mtpa iron are ore terminal at New Manglore Port for SICAL and coal unloading jetty at Haldia , for TATA steel (TMILL)

Site Selection - Our Company also undertakes site selection and investigations for projects related to port and infrastructure. Complete location and alternatives are studied and then short listed site/sites are studied in details with respect to Geological/Geographical/Hydrological features and Environmental conditions.

Technical Due Diligence - In depth studies are done to study the technical fitness of Ship, Port, Civil infrastructure and Machineries to evaluate operating parameters.

Recently we have received an oder for Due-Diligence of 10mtpa iron ore terminal material handling system from HALCROW.
